The Hampton Inn & Suites® Seattle-North/Lynnwood is part of the 360 Hotel Group, a family-owned business that has been in the hotel business in the Seattle area since 1976. The Hampton and its sister hotels all pride themselves on the quality, longevity and service-oriented nature of our employees. It is not uncommon to meet team members at all levels who have been working with the company for five, ten, fifteen, twenty and twenty-five years.

We are truly a “family” and are always looking for new employees who embody our philosophy of Commitment, Loyalty, Integrity. While prior hotel/tourism experience is valued, it is not required for many of our positions.
