Here are some of the Frequently Asked Questions from our guests:

• How do I get to the Hampton Inn & Suites from the airport?
  From Sea-Tac Airport take the I-5 north bound to exit # 181B, estimated time is 40 minutes. Continue straight after the exit, following Alderwood Mall Parkway for about a quarter of a mile (5 stop lights) and the Hampton Inn & Suites is located on the left, across the street from Best Buy and next to Nordstrom Rack.
  
  
• How far away are you from the airport?
  We are approximately 40 minutes (35 miles) north of Sea-Tac airport.
  
  
• Do you provide a shuttle to and from the airport?
  We offer a complimentary local shuttle within 10 miles of the hotel. To arrange for transportation to and from the airport we recommend Shuttle Express, www.ShuttleExpress.com or call (425) 981-7000 or (800) 487-7433
  
  
• How far are the Boeing Assembly Plant and Paine Field from the hotel?
  The Everett Boeing Assembly Plant and Paine Field are only about 9 miles north of the Hampton Inn & Suites, 15 minutes driving distance.
  
  
• How far from downtown Seattle, the Space Needle and Pike Place
  Market are you?
  We are about 16 miles north of Downtown Seattle.
  
  
• Do you allow pets?
  We do not allow pets other than trained assistant animals. Our sister hotel, the Hotel Nexus is a pet friendly Hotel.
  
  
• What is your cancellation policy?
  We ask that you cancel your reservations 24 hours prior to your arrival date in order to avoid any additional charges or No-Show fees.
  
  
• Is there a restaurant on the property?
  We do not have a restaurant on property; however, we serve 'On the House' Hot Breakfast in the morning from 6am-10am as well as an Evening Reception with complimentary beer, wine, sodas and light snacks (hot items served Monday through Thursday). There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We can also shuttle you to a restaurant of your choice within a 10 mile radius – and pick you up as well! Major area restaurants include McGrath’s Fish House, P. F. Chang’s China Bistro, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Claim Jumper, The Keg, Spaghetti Factory, Olive Garden, Red Lobster along with numerous fast food restaurants. We can also make reservations for you and your party at a number of area restaurants so you don’t have to wait!
  
  
• Do you have meeting/reception rooms?
  We have 3 meeting rooms on property that can accommodate a variety of group sizes up to a maximum of 50. We also work closely with the Lynnwood Convention Center which can accommodate groups as large as 900. The Convention Center is located within walking distance or about a 5-minute drive away. We also offer a shuttle service to the facility.
