Lynnwood is the largest retail center and the second largest city in Snohomish County. With its proximity to Seattle, Lynnwood has become a preferred place to live and work.

It has superb public recreation facilities, an ice-skating arena, two golf driving ranges, an 18-hole golf course, and almost 250 acres of parks and open space to explore. The new Interurban Trail, which follows I-5 from Lynnwood to Everett, offers thirteen miles of paved trail for bike riders, walkers, joggers, and roller bladers. Scriber Lake Park is a sanctuary located just a few blocks from the commercial core. The park has 20 acres of winding paths, native plants and trees as well as a unique floating walkway.

Above all, Lynnwood is a shopper's paradise, second to none in Puget Sound. Start out at the newly remodeled and expanded Alderwood Mall, the state’s largest shopping center, which has four department stores (including Nordstroms and Macys) and over 200 fine specialty shops. We offer a complimentary shuttle van to drive you there and back. If you want more, drive 20 minutes north to Seattle Premium Outlets in Marysville.

Lynnwood is located along Interstate 5 at the junction of Interstate 405. Lynnwood is just 20 minutes from Downtown Seattle and 40 minutes from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Lynnwood's location is minutes from Bellevue and Snohomish County attractions. Activities in our area include antique shops and galleries, wineries, like Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery, or Columbia Wineries and the Boeing Assembly Plant in Everett (where the company assembles the twin-aisled 747, 767 and 777 and the new 7E7 Dreamliner also known as the 787) as well as the new Future of Flight and Boeing Tour Center which offers tours 7 days a week.
